Résumé

Precision farming has the potential to increase crop yield and economic return while reducing environmental impacts. Additionally, managing temporal variability can contribute to reduced crop losses and improved farm economy. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of precision farming and temporal variability on canola yield and profitability. Results show that variable management of N fertilizer for canola had positive effects in some fields, but the effects were not consistent.
