Research on Canadian Barley

This radio interview with Radio Canada part of "Le réveil" provides updates on a very important milestone, achieved in a relatively short time by a group of Agriculture et Agri-Food Canada researchers. This is the first completed reference genome for a Canadian malt barley variety, AAC Synergy. It represents the first step towards quicker and better barley breeding.
