Je suis microbiologiste et je m’intéresse à la recherche sur les diagnostics moléculaires, les écosystèmes microbiens et les biocarburants. J’utilise des méthodes moléculaires pour identifier les agents pathogènes infectant les cultures et autres plantes et élaborer de nouvelles méthodes de détection rapides et précises.

1. Détection et identification des bactéries et phytoplasmes infectant les cultures et autres plantes.

2. Diagnostics moléculaires, y compris la mise au point de méthodes en laboratoire et sur le terrain.

3. Analyse des écosystèmes microbiens agricoles et mise au point de nouvelles méthodes de caractérisation des communautés microbiennes.

4. Application de champignons qui dégradent les tissus ligneux à la production de biocarburants.
