Contribuer à minimiser les menaces que représente la pollution pour les Canadiens ainsi que pour leur environnement ainsi que la préservation et la restauration de l’environnement naturel du Canada pour les générations actuelles et futures au travers de différents projets de recherches en écotoxicologie des plantes et des mammifères terrestres.

  • évaluations toxicologiques de la faune retrouvée dans les zones touchées par l'exploitation des sables bitumineux
  • génétique des populations de loutres de rivières du bassin Athabasca et de divers bassins versants canadien
  • développement et validation d'un biomarqueur génétique d'exposition aux hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (HAPs) dans les mammifères terrestres
  • modéliser les impacts des rodenticides à base d'anticoagulants dans la faune canadienne
  • études en serres et sur le terrain sur la santé et la composition de la flore en milieux impactés par les activitées agronomiques et du secteur pétrolier
