Mon programme de recherche porte sur la biologie, le comportement et l’écologie des insectes bénéfiques (parasitoïdes) qui contribuent à la lutte contre les ravageurs des cultures.  

Recherche et / ou projets en cours

  • Lutte biologique contre les insectes envahissants qui menacent les cultures (drosophile à ailes tachetées, punaise marbrée) au moyen de guêpes parasitoïdes.
  • Risques écologiques et avantages liés à l’introduction accidentelle de guêpes parasitoïdes s’attaquant aux insectes ravageurs envahissants.
  • Effets écologiques des vibrations et du prolongement de la durée du jour au moyen d’éclairage artificiel sur les associations organismes nuisibles/ennemis naturels dans les serres de légumes.
  • Interactions entre les virus et les symbiotes microbiens d’une espèce envahissante, la drosophile à ailes tachetées.
  • Guêpes parasitoïdes s’attaquant aux espèces de cicadelles nuisibles et non nuisibles dans les vignobles et les milieux naturels environnants.
  • Tolérance et résistance aux insectes ravageurs de nouvelles sélections de framboisier et de bleuet.
