Mes principaux domaines de recherche portent sur la nutrition des animaux aquatiques, dans le contexte particulier du développement de l’aquaculture durable. La majorité de mes travaux consistent à trouver de nouvelles sources de protéines et d’huile, à déterminer les besoins en nutriments et à satisfaire ces besoins, et à élaborer des aliments pour les nouvelles espèces d’élevage.
