J'applique la génomique et la biologie moléculaire pour comprendre comment Fusarium graminearum, agent pathogène fongique, interagit avec les cultures céréalières et les infecte, et pour caractériser la biosynthèse et la régulation des métabolites secondaires, en particulier des mycotoxines, des espèces de Fusarium.
