Je fais partie du laboratoire Dr Candido Pomar. Mes recherches se sont concentrées sur la nutrition des non-ruminants, en particulier sur le métabolisme des protéines et les besoins en acides aminés chez le porc. Je suis habile à travailler sur des essais in vivo et in silico. Mon intérêt principal concerne l'élevage de précision pour les porcs en croissance et de finition. Mon projet postdoctoral actuel consiste à comprendre la variabilité du dépôt de protéines chez les porcs élevés dans des conditions similaires.

Nous travaillons à trouver des solutions pour réduire l'empreinte carbone du porc à travers des stratégies nutritionnelles.
