Land and Infrastructure Resiliency Assessment Manual: A Guide to Develop and Implement LIRA

The Land and Infrastructure Resiliency Assessment project investigated the potential of agricultural activities such as best management practices to reduce the impact of climate change induced extreme rainfall events at a landscape/ecosystem or watershed scale. This research applied integrated research knowledge on the agricultural landscape to assess climate change and water vulnerability, and adaptation options using hydrologic modeling.
