IMPROVING BLUEBERRY POSTHARVEST QUALITY: Stacking for Optimal Temperature Management

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada researchers have shown the importance of temperature management
for maintaining fruit and berry post-harvest quality in packing houses. By assessing the internal
temperatures of packed fruits and berries, they have also shown the importance of allowing or providing
airflow instead of relying on passive cooling of packed and palletized fruit and berries.
