GC-MS/FID-based monosaccharide and glycosidic linkage analysis (methylation analysis) of agricultural and agri-food carbohydrates.
1D and 2D NMR analysis of oligosaccharides and polysaccharides.
ATR-FTIR analysis of agricultural and agri-food carbohydrates.
HPSEC-triple detection (RI, light scattering, viscometry) analysis of polysaccharides.
Training EG technicians and students on agricultural glycomics.
