- member of the Canadian Council of Forest Ministers (CCFM) National Forest Information System (NFIS Canada) team
- member of the CFSNet development team
- scientific lead in developing and expanding the NFIS Canada and CFSNet interoperable infrastructure
- develops web-based application/services addressing criteria of interoperability in support of research projects and computing system infrastructure, and
- areas of interest include interoperability of web applications/services and data infrastructure.
