- Multivariate and causal modeling and spatial statistics regarding the effects of insects and fertilization methods on agricultural crops;
- the effects of agricultural techniques and soil properties on soil microorganisms, soil carbon, and net energy return;
- effects of transportation on structures of causal relationships between physiological variables and behaviour of cattle;
- and the consequences of veterinary medicinal products on target pathogens and non-target microbiomes
