  • Characterization of nematode communities under different crop management system on soybean production
  • Identification and characterization of nematode as causal agent and their involvement on fruit tree decline
  • Determine the effect of cover crop on nematode communities on different vegetable crop production
  • Find the efficacy of different chemicals against plant parasitic nematodes on greenhouse fruits and vegetables
  • Development of molecular marker to identify nematodes at species level
