  • Impact of carbon-rich amendments/covers on the geochemical stability of mine tailings.
  • Characterization and potential uses of biochars in the context of mining.
  • Mobilization and attenuation processes for metals/metalloids in mining environments.
  • Molecular-scale characterization of metals in environmental systems (waste, soil, sediment, dust) with synchrotron techniques.

Professional activities / interests
