Forest Geomatics Research Analyst
Research interests include satellite remote sensing and geomatics applications to forestry with particular emphasis in:
- Stand inventory mapping
- Biophysical parameter estimation
- Natural disturbance assessment
National team member to the following CFS projects:
- Improved forest structure and biomass information from remote sensing at regional and national levels
- Integrating aerial survey and remote sensing for improved monitoring of major insect defoliators
- Wildland Fire Monitoring, Accounting and Reporting System [Fire-MARS]
