Current research and/or projects
Michael is currently working on developing continuous feed for carbon fuel cell batteries. Using petroleum coke and coal derived coke, he is looking at alternative carbon sources to reduce the carbon footprint of the industry by producing clean, combustion-less electricity. Fuel cells have proven to be 80% effective converting chemical energy into harvestable electricity, compared to 30% in combustion of fossil fuels.
