Current research and/or projects
In collaboration with the Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (CIHR), we are conducting a scoping review on absorptive capacity in the context of healthcare. Absorptive capacity is the ability of an organization to seek new relevant knowlege, acquire, assimilate and implement that knowledge. To date, the term has been used mainly in the business literature. We aim to use the findings to better support knowledge producers, and implementers.
