Dr. Reem Aboukhaddour

Investigate virulence shift of stripe rust, leaf spots and other cereal pathogens.
Current research and/or projects
Various collaborative projects that integrates the principles of classic and molecular plant pathology, breeding, genetics, and bioinformatics to achieve broad objectives to manage cereal fungal diseases (mainly stripe rust, leaf spots and common bunt) through accurate diagnosis, identification of pathogenicity factors and genetic resistance, and providing comprehensive understanding of pathogen-host interaction.
