- Generating data on persistence of DSL micro-organisms in soil
- Optimizing and validating test methodologies to evaluate microbial consortia and communities
- Developing DNA microarray for the detection of terrestrial pathogens and DSL micro-organisms
- Developing method end points for the assessment of soil microbial toxicity
- Investigating the use of toxicogenomic assays for the assessment of soil toxicity
