Dr. Kangfu Yu is a senior research scientist of soybean breeding and genetics working at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Science and Technology Branch, Harrow Research and Development Centre (Harrow-RDC) located at Harrow, Ontario. He is in charge of the food grade soybean breeding laboratory at Harrow-RDC to develop high yield food grade soybean varieties with pest resistance and good processing quality for Canadian soybean growers and the soybean industry. Dr. Yu has published over 80 papers in scientific journals, 13 reviews or book chapters, and over 100 technology transfer papers.
