  • Survival, movements and productivity of Saskatchewan Piping Plovers, an Endangered species at risk
  • Use of managed versus natural wetlands by temperate breeding shorebirds
  • Productivity and survival of Marbled Godwits and Western Willets in Alberta
  • Effects of climate change on arctic and temperate breeding shorebirds
  • Connectivity of shorebird populations, changes in abundance, and factors affecting survival and productivity

Conference presentations at ornithology meetings and workshops (e.g., American Ornithologists Union, Society of Canadian Ornithologists) and collaborations with researchers worldwide
