Becky Cudmore

Becky is a Senior Science Advisor on aquatic invasive species and the Manager for DFO’s Centre of Expertise for Aquatic Risk Assessment (CEARA). As an advisor, Becky provides science advice and information on aquatic invasive species to senior government officials within and outside DFO, and to other countries. CEARA is responsible for conducting and advising on risk assessments conducted to identify the level of biological risk associated with potential invasive species, or those newly arrived in Canada. This information provides valuable information to government officials, resource managers, scientists and other agencies.
