Ashkan Beigzadeh

As a senior research engineer in Oxy-combustion/G2 group, I have been:

1-  leading R&D tasks on novel energy conversion and power cycles development (e.g. pressurized oxy-combustion, sCO2 power cycles), CO2 capture process, and assist in managing research projects;

2- Conducting research in both modeling (process, economics, and kinetics) and bench- and pilot-scale experimental capacities

3- A key contributor in the design, HAZOP, prototyping and build of various bench- and pilot-scale test facilities for the Oxy-combustion/G2 group 

4- supervising research engineer(s), student(s), and assisting with HR planning and recruitment activities of the group;

5- contributing to business development and renewal of funding by preparing proposals

6- supporting the team in solving day to day technical problems
