Andrew E. Beck

I am actively involved in pharmaceutical safety, drug risk analysis, epidemiological analysis, and real-world evidence evaluation. 

My expertise lies in critically appraising quantitative and qualitative evidence to develop evidence-based decision-making and risk-mitigation strategies. I have extensive knowledge of pharmacovigilance and epidemiological research methods. 

I also have extensive experience in the development and appraisal of real-world evidence studies, including observational studies and epidemiological investigations, to study the safety and effectiveness of medications in real-world settings.  

I am passionate about helping others understand the complexities of drug safety and effectiveness and I am a collaborator in international research networks and have authored multiple peer-reviewed articles on systematic reviews and epidemiology. Other interests include research transparency, reproducibility, open science, and patient engagement.
