The Saskatoon Research and Development Centre (Saskatoon RDC) was established in 1917 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is one of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) network of 20 research and development centres. The National Hydrology Research Centre (NHRC) located at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, accommodates ECCC scientific, technical and administrative staff from the Air and Water Science and Technology Directorates and the Meteorological Service of Canada.
The Prairie and Northern Wildlife Research Centre (PNWRC) occupies more than one hectare of land on the University of Saskatchewan campus in Saskatoon, including a two-storey building with offices and 10 laboratories and a large storage compound for fleet vehicles and field equipment. Office space is provided for more than 30 full-time staff, as well as many post doctoral fellows, graduate, undergraduate, and exchange students, and visiting scientists.
The Swift Current Research and Development Centre (Swift Current RDC) was established in 1920 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. It is one of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's (AAFC) network of 20 research and development centres. The Centre is associated with two satellite locations: Indian Head Research Farm (IHRF), Indian Head, SK; and Prairie Directorate Regina Office, Regina, SK
